I applied online. I interviewed at Serenity Healthcare in Sept 2023
Interview
ceo was profoundly unprofessional- most of time he pontificated about the pandemic. He is not a provider and makes grossly inappropriate and inaccurate generalizations from medical research. nearly all of the time was spent with questions about national management of the pandemic, conspiracy theories of covid, and mismanagement of avian flu. honestly most bizarre interview of my life- however thankful in the end. i came here read the reviews and glad nothing progressed beyond interview stage. he seemed to posess no insight into his inappropriate behavior or ignorance. near satire when he made generalizations about nurse practitioners- stating “you are not like 90% of the other NPs they usually only have heard the term tms and ketamine. that’s probably because they went to online schools”. he also proceeded to say the final phase of interviewing would be a mock diagnostic assessment of the medical director “because we have found if your not curious your not curious”. how profound….interesting words from the ceo of a company who has extremely poor employee reviews and at most locations poor patient experiences which seem to align with employees perspectives. Hey..if your not curious your not curious. glad i was curious enough to read up on the company- even if it was abit late

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Serenity Healthcare in Aug 2024
Interview
Interview was done online and the recruiter appeared almost 10 minutes late. He asked a few questions and then the “interview” was over. Didn’t appear to know exactly the role I was applying to when I asked questions. Felt he was unprepared. Said he would be sharing my information with company manager for further screening if I was chosen. Felt like it was a waste of my time.
