I was contacted by B - - t in Chicago via email to pick some dates for phone screening. I chose Tuesday 8-4 at 2PM and confirmation was sent to me. I received some more emails from HR to download Microsoft Teams which I did. At the time of my interview, HR did not show, I waited 35 minutes and tried to text him and email him. He finally got back to me and messaged, "I changed the interview to tomorrow at 11AM, did you not get the update?." I didn't get a notification but, replied I would change for that time. He later sent a new email informing that he added a date and time in my AOL calendar and I should check that and go by that time being 9Am. I emailed him to clarify and did not hear back in the morning so, I logged back on Teams at 9AM. He again wasn't there and finally emailed me back that the time is actually the 11AM time not the 9AM time he put in my calendar. I don't know why he would update my personal calendar and not send me a meeting request from his calendar with confirmation back to him anyway. I canceled any further meetings with him and later got a message from him that I was a no show, lol. Very unprofessional beware!
