I was interviewed twice. First time I interviewed for the art therapy position. Second time I interviewed for the Direct Support position. A calm measured friendly demeanor seems to be best for this position. The focus is 100% about the developmentally challenged consumer to be served. It is a relaxed dress position with a lot of responsibility for one on one care with the client.
