Interview
The interview process to my surprise was done in only 5 mins to my shock. They are basically looking for a person who can grow with their company in long-term
It was an online interview process that took around 10 minutes or so. Relatively relaxed interview with two firm partners. Interviewing partners is based on your choice of preference in practice area. Given the chance to ask many questions which allowed me to understand more on the firm's culture.
