Brief chatty conversation, mostly about what the role would entail. Probably took around 20 minutes in total. The interviewer was friendly and approachable. Pretty much offered me the volunteer role then and there.

Interview
Seemed friendly at the interview stage but then rudely never got back to me, ignoring my emails and pretending to be in meetings when I ring. Very unprofessional, lazy and harsh to not even send a courtesy email telling me i'd been unsuccessful. Other than that the interview was pretty standard and didn't last too long.
