I applied online and 2 months later I received an email for an interview. All of the questions were behavioral. I felt good about the interview which was on a Friday. Early Monday morning I received an email saying they did not have anything available for me at this time.

They gave me a list of 4 topics and I had to choose one of them to explain.
The topics were:
1. Diverse Cultures in a Global Organization
2. Business Competitors
3. CO2 Emissions
4. Research and Development

Interview
The interview process consists of an initial phone interview with HR, followed by a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. This is then followed by another Zoom interview, which includes a case study discussion with the team.
