Very easy . Just attentive and good communication skills . You should be active and smart to identify problems and react . And mostly flexible with time . Don’t need previous experience . You can start on the door
First interview was HR phone interview, second round was face to face interview with the line manager, During interview, only general questions were asked, not much technical knowledge was tested.
