Shift Lab (UK) interview questions

I had a take at home exercise for backend, after meeting the team and chatted with CTO. I also had a behavioural interview, followed by an offer conversation. An easy, no hassle process. Quite enjoyed it.

Process included two intro chats, three technical stages, one behavioural and culture match. There was no coding interview nor research presentation. It was great to be able to meet a large group of people. It also included a visit to the office where you could meet the entire team. Great to experience the working environment.
