The interview process at Lokitha Bangalore for a Software Engineer role was disorganized . Long waiting times, unclear communication, and unprofessional behavior made the experience frustrating and disappointing. They asked personal questions about marriage, which I refused to answer. Very disappointing and irrelevant to the job.
