Interview process was pretty seamless for first and second round. Third round requires assessment and live presentation in front of leadership. Process was smooth until recruiter completely ghosted post 3rd round interview

HR/ recruiter interview, phone interview, virtual interview using Teams, and a virtual panel using Teams. All scheduling and preparation went through the HR contact who was beyond helpful and very responsive. Overall it was a smooth and enjoyable process.
