The interviewer did not anticipate an option that I also would be asking my questions. From what interviewer answered, I see that in this company, everyone is working on growing up technical debt, not on making shippable product. They don't unit-test, they don't have CI/CD in place. But they write lots of code, they do have overtimes, and they do a lot of manual testing.
