I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Siemens (Cary, NC) in Feb 2016
Interview
After applying online, you will receive a link to a video interview. This is done on your smartphone or computer with a camera. You are asked a series of questions and then candidly answer the questions on your device. There is no editing so your videos will be submitted as is. Once you pass this stage, a recruiter will then contact you for an in-person interview. You will then meet a panel of interviewers from the organization and the hiring manager. If you then pass this stage, it will go on to the VP level for screening with a phone call. Process is very long and drawn out. Waiting on an answer can take months.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Earth City, MO) in Nov 2014
Interview
I was refereed to this job by a recruiter at Aerotek. I don't know if the recruiter lied but I felt like I was misled throughout the process. All of the questions were negatively charged. I was led to believe that the job was temp to hire, but they definitely downplayed the full-time opportunity.

Question 1
I can't remember a specific question but I do remember that they mainly focused on the negative aspects of my resume, which is fine, but why did I have to come in for this? These are all questions that could have been answered over the phone or if they just looked on my resume.
