Went through a technical interview, ghosted for a straight month without an answer. They couldn't even send an rejection email, or update the status in their website. Poor communication. A disappointing process in what seems a pretty well organized company.

I got a call through HCL for Siemens. First round was Telephonic round from HCL. They asked basic testing questions, C# coding Questions, SQL questions.Then I got call letter for next round(F2F interview) at Siemens. There they took interview for 2 hrs (Technical round). 2 interviewers were there in the panel. They asked C# coding Questions. They told to wait for sometime. After interview one guy came and said be prepared for the next round we will call you. But I didn't get any call.

Write a code to make a list of object type?
They will give some test scenarios to write test cases.
Some Automation basics.
Some Sql queries like find the second highest salary from employee table.
Initial telephone screening followed by 2 technical interview and 2 managerial round and finally HR discussion. Interview process was good. Took around a month to completed the process. Overall a good experience

Interview
I have given so many interviews, this was the worst experience for me. The Interview panel was highly unprofessional.
Most of the Interviewers were having maximum of 4 years of experience and they were taking Interview of the candidates who are having 8 years experience.
When you answer anything they behaves like a illiterate.
Its not their mistake, actually its a mistake of company higher management.
They are not focusing on their reputation. Just they are calling candidates and making them fool.
Can you believe out of 50 candidates 0% selection result.
Worst ever experience.
