worst interview i had ever in my professional life, worst hiring process
I got a call from HR asking about my knowledge in OPCUA , i told him i have a theoretical knowledge not the hands on, the HR recruiter told me it's fine and sent me the test link and sent me hackerearth interview questions, 4 question of DS were there, after clearing the test ,the hr told me to come for F2F, i told it's not possible in weekend, he was insisting on weekdays, i took leave from office to go there , it took me 1:30 hrs to reach , after reaching HR told me there will one data modeling test and 2 F2F interviews, After that they give me the system and told to connect to OPCUA server and pull data from it, i directly told that i have told them earlier about this, that i am having practical knowledge, the panel insisted to try , they gave me system with basic configuration missing , it took 1 hr to set up that, after that i tried i was able to do 60% of work (it's not rocket science my colleague did it in 2 weeks) after that they asked me to pull the data, they were so unprofessional they didn't cared to ask for lunch, after trying for 4 hrs having an headache and fear of traffic, i gave up and believe me they asked to leave for the day, and my colleague had a similar experience, i called the HR after interview to tell this about, he was giving some lame excuse,
My suggestion would be if you are staying far from electronic city, please don't go for interviews, people are very rude over there, and believe me you guys are not doing any rocket science GE built a similar product and it failed.
Feedback for HR-Please at least have some knowledge on what you are hiring for don't be so illetrate, and have a courtesy to people coming for interviews this far to atleast ask for lunch.
