I did it through my career fair. Talked to them there. Then had a follow up interview and then a final interview. Basic interview questions. Not technical at all. Great experience overall.

Spoke with recruiter at campus Job Fair and had an interview the following morning. General Behavioral questions, elaboration on resume information, and a few simple technical questions in the form of definitions. Flew to Orlando for 2nd round of interviews approximately two months later. Had three interviews at the corporate headquarters. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Heard back with an offer approximately 3 weeks later.

Met a Siemens employee at a career fair and was scheduled for an interview the next day, proceeded to have one phone interview. After which I was called onsite for an interview where I answered questions to a panel of employees across the company.

Interview
This was a one day event at the Orlando Florida office.
The first interview was a generic HR interview with behavioral questions. The next round involved meeting with 3 managers and this involved technical questions. Many of the technical questions involved engineering and thermodynamics.
The group of people being interviewed was also provided with dinner after the interview. All of the managers that were interviewing attended the dinner.
