First telephonic was at Delhi with regional head, Kolkata regional head & finally at Mumbai with India Head Process was general & HR has co-ordinated the whole process. All stages of interview were general discussions with exploration of previous experience.

There are generally four stages- General HR, Hiring Manager, Vertical Head, and Final HR round. They try to make you feel comfortable. Hiring Manager and Vertical Head are interested in your area of expertise, skills, knowledge about the job. They will ask any thing related to your experience. HR is concerned about your likability and you compensation.
