I was reached out to after applying for the position online after a few days. Throughout the process I worked with a recruiter who managed all of the scheduling. The scheduling was fairly rigid. The first step was an hour conversation with the hiring manager going over the job description and doing a resume based interview. The second step was an hour interview with a technical architect with a pseudocode exercise aimed to test requirement gathering and general software engineering skills. Be sure to think in a fullstack mindset here. Following the exercise, there was more resume drilling and more in-depth tech knowledge questions. The last step was an hour conversation with a product owner with a classic behavioral interview (tell me about a time when..) Overall the Siemens interviews really grill your resume - be able to talk in detail about anything, especially technologies you list on your resume. The process moves somewhat slow here - besides interview 2 and 3 there was a week to a week and a half between correspondence.
