I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Siemens (Columbia, SC) in Oct 2015
Interview
Siemens is thorough. After applying, you can expect a 3-6 weeks internal review before the interview process begins. Interviews include one with your potential immediate supervisor, and then a follow-on group panel. The atmosphere is friendly and professional, and you will answer a typical array of situation-specific questions. The panel interview seems designed to stress you, especially with regard to your ability to maintain your poise and whether they can put you in front of a client.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
You often have to depend on other departments to deliver data by a certain client-specified deadline, but you do not have direct authority over them. How would you deal with a failure to deliver with the client? What steps would you take to fix it, moving forward? When would you involve another department's manager?

Talked with HR and informed I was an excellent fit for the position and would pass my information along to the hiring manager.
Had an interview with the manager all seemed to go well and as I provided additional information on my experience they asked when I graduated from college and the interview was over.

Question 1
Provide an example of having the difficult conversation with a direct report.
I did not even reach the interview. I was asked to answer an online test that is similar to a simulation game. I do not understand how a game could even test someone's employability in a company.
