Interview
After a first recruitment process where we had to collaborate on line and propose ideas and contribute to the other's ones I passed to the next phase of the interview. Skype interview with a HR recruiter where he/she asked the typical questions. The process is still ongoing and after this phase a personal interview and personal assessment will be carried out.

Strongest point, weakest points. Milestones in your life. Projects in my life in which I had to develope something. How do I deal with criticism/feedback. What characterizes myself. What do I know about Siemens, which areas or which roles I would like to work in and as which position. Where do I see myself in 5 years time. Problems about mobility, if I would have any problems into moving somewhere else. Any cultural crashes I had experience. Problems or conflict I faced in my life (professional and daily). Which profile do I have if a leader or an expert.
