Simbex interview questions

Excellent process. Very thorough. Started with emailed questions from hiring manager, then a phone call or two with relevant folks, a round of virtual interviews, then an in-person interview with leadership. HR communicated efficiently and timely. Was a great experience.

The process started good, but became long and drawn out near the end. A short time after applying, I received an email to answer a few questions (salary expectations, code samples, etc.). Then there was a phone screen with the hiring manager, where we talked about my experience and the company. Then there was complete silence for nearly a month. Afterward, I received a request to complete a simple take-home assessment with React. Upon completion, I set up a group interview where I went over my take-home assessment and talked about my experience. Everyone I met was great, but this is where the problems occurred. It has been over a month since this interview; I haven't heard a single thing back. The funny thing is that on the job posting, it says that they need someone quickly, which clearly isn't the case. I liked the people I met but being ghosted after the final interview where I was told I would hear back shortly ruined it for me.
