Interview
Many on campus opportunities to network with current employees. Upon submission of resume and cover letter, there was one on campus interview with a 45 minute case and behavioral interview (about 10 minutes were behavioral). Next step is a super day in their office with 3 case and case-like interviews, a math test, and a lunch.
Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for
Goed contact gehad met de recruiters, die contact opnemen na het aanmelden. Rondes volgen elkaar snel wat het proces aangenaam maakt en je na de online assessment de interviews binnen twee weken kan hebben afgerond.
