went through 3 rounds of interview over the span of 2 months; each interview was over 1,5 hours long and 2-3 interviewers at a time. the company decided to take a different direction for the role but couldn't make a decision for nearly a month, they even did a reference check & background check. Finally after 4 weeks the news about different direction was shared.
