Interview
No phone screen, then standard four-conversation interview process. Most interviewers asked canned questions. Progress of interviewers seemed out of order, whereby I met the hiring manager in the middle of the sequence. They also changed the job title in the middle of the process, from "Product Manager" to "Program Manager".

Interview
Two rounds. One round is the behavior / team fit panel interview - they ask situational questions and your experience in customer service. The other is the technical interview, they ask browser troubleshooting based questions.
