First stage: about 1 hour long phone call with Senior Developer, answering technical questions to test understanding of e.g. SQL, CSS, basic architecture of a web app (server, client, etc),
Second stage: Interview with a panel of 3. Includes question answering, code pairing exercise, and you present a software project you have worked on before.
Basic interview and presentation in front of a panel. Handling questions after the demo. Several team members were there, all of different levels. It lasted an hour, they gave a few days to prep
