Very long (4 months) process. Starts with initial interview (personality?), then another with more people (possibly another after this with different people), then an assessment, then meet with CEO (personality).

These change depending on the people in each session. Generally asking background, why you want to leave the company you are at (if you are currently employed), ability to travel (big one), skillset, etc.
