Called and asked about my experience working within social media. I am not sure if it was a bad day or something but the woman interviewing me, who I believe was the owner, was not in a good mood. It almost seemed like she did not want to be interviewing for this position.

They ended the interview short because i wasn’t living in a 5 mile radius. Isn’t that something that is reviewed before the interview? They didnt even know what my last name was. They didnt review my resume because if they did they could of googled the distance.
The reasoning for distance they said is that the owner likes being spontaneous with the video shoots and likes to call you in last min. Im guessing that means they expect you not to have work life balance
