Ask if had previous experience, what availability is like and if willing to work any shift, asked if was looking for full time or part time, was let known that it is a pilot position to see if this position works out with the company
I went to a job fair and she told me I was a good candidate and I should hear from them with my orientation but I got a email saying they hired to many people

Interview was done through Teams went very well, Interviewer explains what their expectations are and what needs to bring to the teams. Overall I was very satisfied with the offers
