I applied back in 2013 for the Associate Strategist position, that time the company was young but doing amazing work in Education domain.
I had a first round of Interview with the company CEO and it was a casual conversation but it was all about knowing the company and the vision and how much do I align with there passion to do work. Second round was with the HR person and it was a 1 hour grill. It went really nice and they offered the job
