The interview Process was in 3 stages. The most important stage is the final stage which involves mock coaching. Here, you are given a topic, review the prepared material, and then on the day of the interview you coach several members of the team on the material

Interview
First stage Video with Recruiter - good understanding of the business and seems to really enjoy working with SW
Second Stage Video with CEO, Hywel - lots of information, comfortable talking about the stage SW is at.
Third Stage Video (Task presentation) with CEO and CRO - presentation was quite specific, takes about 2 hours prep.
Final Stage Video meet the team (I did not do this interview)
Rejection over email from CEO, had to chase for feedback - though this was given and feedback was fair.
Happy overall, a fair process and the team seem great.
