Two stage interview, both conducted via Teams. First one seemed more chatty, encouraging. Was actually asked "when could you start?" which I thought would have been worked out by HR if I was the right candidate. Gave me vibes that their decision to hire was based on who could start the soonest. Struggled in the second interview as I think the guy was in a different country so the connection wasn't the best/clearest.
