Good, straightforward and efficient. No extraneous questions or unnecessary technical tasks. Recruiter had clearly read CV and application. Interview was 1 stage and processed quickly after that. Renewal discussions similarly simple and straightforward.

I made a few vacancy applications to skipton building society all them were basic roles with minimum entry requirements , I stated I had a disability and came under the minimum requirements guaranteed interview promise. Unfortunately all of my applications were rejected which is fine by me BUT they shouldn’t claim they are disability confident that is a fabrication.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Skipton Building Society
Typical 2 stage interview based on scenarios and competency questions. The second stage interview involved preparing a 'solution' to a problem that was set by the interviewing team. The problem itself appeared to be a direct extract from their overall selling strategy so drawing attention to how any proposed solution would be impacted by culture, internal power plays and capabilities gap was not positively received.
- What's the important important skill you will bring to this role?

They asked many questions related to be a financial advisor, where was not appropriate to the applied job. The questions were out of expectations for the job applied. Very unpleasant interview session.
