Interview
Applied for the role, got contacted after 3 days(not too bad - but not great either) asking for availability which I provided, but the recruiter disappeared for 11 days(including a weekend)! On the 11th day all sudden apologies and asking for availability again (that I provided with 4 days delay - including a weekend), got a response (after 10 days) that due to some candidates in final stages in the interview my application is no longer relevant. I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Skyscanner (London, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
Applied online and received an email to schedule a 20-30 minute video/phone call with the initial recruiter to discuss my skills and experience. I had the opportunity to know more about Skyscanner and the role. I feel this went well, however, this went downhill when trying to schedule the next stage 2 hour back to back interview with another interview which covers culture and expertise. I put in date however, was informed that everyone is on holiday and explained that I cannot get time off to carry out the interview earlier. The recruiter requested to enter a slot within the weeks provided which I have, In the end, I got no further response or follow up with an interview. I have wasted 2 holidays to make time for these interviews. Skyscanner may be a good company to work for and without a doubt a company I really wanted to work for but the recruitment process is horrible.
