It's quite usual in that there is minimal checks on your programming skills and everything is quite focused on system design.
The recruiter is one of the best I've ever met, who kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and tried her very best to help me prepare for those interviews.

Depth of expertise - Interviewer asks you to take them through your recent project and dives deep into few sections. Questions were majorly around Scale, Performance monitoring and things to improve.

Very pleasant interview process. It is a 3 step process, the first part speaking about a project you've worked on. Then followed by 2 back to back interviews: a system design interview and a culture fit.
You don't interview with anyone with the team throughout the whole process. But I believe they give you the chance to speak to the manager of the team if they make an offer.
There was no programming exercise which I found refreshing and nice.
Nice and easy interview process. 1 screening round, system design and behavioural round. System design round went well. I came to know behavioural had lower scoring but then turned out positive.
