The last interview was with the founder of the company and a high-level manager at their office. 80% of the questions they asked were not work-related, and some even private questions.

Had another call interview set-up per email. When the day came, I waited one hour to understand I was ghosted. The whole process seemed sketchy. This is unprofessional and disrespectful towards people's time.
