Apply online, receive a general phone call from someone form HR in Ohio, then in person with a shift supervisor. It all seemed very impersonal, nor did they sell themselves on how they could help me grow in my career.

Interview
Phone interview only, which consisted of a typing test and medical terminology test. There were basic interview questions as well. I was called the next day with an offer, without even meeting anyone in person.
