Smart Software Devops Engineer interview questions

The interview was about 25 minutes. The ridiculous thing is I applied for a position, but the interviewer asked questions for another position. He continuously asked me if I knew how to work this software and that software, which were not mentioned at all in the job posting. In the email, they wrote to bring a laptop and relevant projects. However, the interviewer never bothered to say anything about the project in the interview. Another ridiculous matter is that when I was asked about the salary, he told me that for the deserving candidate the salary can be high but when I told him my salary expectation, he turned 180 degrees.
