Applying to Smart Tribune has been a fantastic experience. After a quick call with Sahar (HR) - whom I want to thank for her support throughout the process - I had discussions with seven different people from various teams (never more than two at once). It was a great way for me to ensure Smart Tribune was the right fit, and vice versa. All the conversations were interesting and helped me understand the company's current challenges better. I also had to tackle a business case, which was a good exercise and gave me insight into potential future scenarios in the job. One possible improvement could be shortening the overall process, but that might mean meeting fewer people. Now, I can't wait to start this new journey!
