Interview
First You get a call and a mini phone interview. There was an in person interview that was Informal and quick, they give you a tour of to building and then ask a couple questions and your current wedge. After this there was a working interview.
They needed someone ASAP and I was able to join right away. Interview was with lead dentist and practice manager. Joined for 1 day a week and increased to 4 days.
