Hiring team have no idea about technical interview question .Interview was conducted in COEP ,Pune. They came here to complete their formality they didn't interviewed properly and asked anything .Finally they hired two girls from S.P.P.U .This was the worst interview experience for everyone who was shortlisted for interview.One more thing H.R Team have to manage time very well for interview.It looks negative side of hiring process.
Interview consist of 3 rounds and shortlisting is happening after Every round. All are tech rounds and consists of various questions related to coding - java, c++, sql, interview happened online only.
I got a call from company , inviting for Interview. Interview process was smooth. Interview was conducted via Google Meet. Most questions were asked from DS of Medium level and basic Java.
