I applied online and got a phone call that was barely an interview. The HR guy was just making sure that I knew the details of the position and outlined the pay structure. He asked if I wanted to come in and we scheduled an in-person interview for that week. The interview was with one of the managers of the office and it was very similar to the phone interview in that he told me a lot about the position and the company and barely asked me any questions. I didn't end up getting the job and I have no idea why.
