First interview virtual. Second one was in person. Asked the same questions in the second interview as the first and they didn’t recall many details from the first. It was like repeating the exact same interview but in person. There was no communication between interviews for updates. Was told decisions would be made on a certain time frame and they weren’t. Very conservative environment. Sonoma is not like the rest of the Bay Area.
