Soulsight interview questions

Quick and easy, recommend working for this company as a whole they do a good job with hiring genuinely good people. Definitely check out their job board to find out when they are hiring for a role that fits your resume.

First round: resume screening (phone call). Very basic process. Second round: mostly personal/behavioral questions (at office). Super casual, sit-down discussion with a member from HR and another from Account. Low pressure environment. At times it seemed that they didn't have questions prepared to ask me and there were pauses, so it was difficult to get into a rhythm. Overall positive experience.
