Interview
The process was short and consisted on 3 phases: a 10 minutes phone interview, a technical interview and a cultural fit interview.
The 10 minutes phone interview is more like an informational interview where they ask you what is your salary expectation, what is your background and why do you want to work with them. For the second phase they send you a coding test with two questions: one related to programming logic and the other one related to React. After taking this test you will have the technical interview where you need to explain what you did. And the last part of the process is related with the company values, they ask you questions to see if your values are align to the company values.

Question 1
The position was for a Junior position but in the technical interview one of the team members asked me about optimization and the concept of Omega notation and Big O notation. Even when my score in the test was high and I explained well the process I made to solve the problem and the possible improvements, later I received a rejection saying that even when my qualifications and experiences were impressive my "lack of experience in coding" made them to not proceed with my application. I supposed this question about optimization was crucial for the process even when they were looking for a junior and they emphasized that they were not expecting that the junior knew everything.
