Some emails did not get properly delivered or sent (unclear), but there was no follow up. After getting a conditional offer, there was a multi-hour psychological screening that had to be scheduled during working hours (requiring taking time off), and a surprise follow up one-on-one interview that, if missed, would charge the applicants around $160. Applicants had to submit their driving record, which there was no instructions for, and had to pay to get the driving record out of pocket with no reimbursement. Non-standard drug screening tested for nicotine, which would result in a failure and no offer. A lot of hoops to jump through
