I applied online. I interviewed at South Jersey Behavioral Health Resources (Pennsauken, NJ)
Interview
I was called for a interview and it was a unprofessional experience. HR called me to set up a interview and stated that I will be emailed the date and time of the interview and to confirm. I was never emailed and tried to call the number to let them know I never received the email. A week went by and on the day of the supposed interview I get s call and was asked was I on my way because it needs to be rescheduled. A email was sent and I went to the interview a week later were I waited for a hour to be interviewed and another hour for a second interview. At the it was stated we will check your background and call you so you can start orientation. 2 weeks went by and I called and emailed. I received no reply from HR and seen the position posted again. I believe it was very unprofessional to not say anything.

How would you handle a client that is having a crisis situation
I applied online. I interviewed at South Jersey Behavioral Health Resources in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview was rescheduled less than a week before its original date after I had taken off from my current position.
The employer had said the pay was $40000 per year (implying it was a salary) only to find out it was an hourly position.
The interviewer dismissed the idea of calling the police on a violent consumer (throwing and breaking things) and letting them have a "tantrum." They said not to call the police unless the client explicitly says they want to hurt someone. That sounds like a dangerous situation for clients and staff.
