Interview
Upon walking into the place, the atmosphere felt very gloomy. It was very cold and everything was moving slowly. The interview was early in the morning. For the interview, I was taken into a cold, untidy conference room where I was interviewed by two supervisors. Only one shook my hand. The interview was very intimidating with interrogating questions. They appeared very stern as if they were investigators drilling me on an alleged crime. They didn't make the interview comfortable and smooth. I felt very uncomfortable and inferior. Half of the questions I weren't prepared for. They did more that than explain the duties. Very disappointing.

Question 1
The most difficult and unexpected questions was how I would handle a difficult situation with a caretaker, how do executed the duties, when would I take the position as a leader, and other questions that involved me performing the duties as if they wanted experience. Their job description implied they didn't require experience. Very misleading!
