Southern Communications Group interview questions

Interviews went fine. Initial screening call. First stage. Skills test. Second stage. Process wasn’t clearly communicated throughout which was the first red flag. Would be best to know the process start to finish up front, something I’m going to ask any recruitment team at the offset. Was unsuccessful on ‘skillset’, which would be ok if they didn’t waste my time with a second interview after a skills test.
