Ive done the 1 way interview and its been a good process. I applied back in June when they opened applications and heard back just shy of middle November. It takes time ! But you got this and just be yourself if the best advice Ive gotten

Interview
Interview process is VERY competitive. In June 2025, over 75000 applicants were successful to apply for the position that was open for roughly one (1) hour, after crashing multiple times. It is a three step process: application, online video interview, invitation to Dallas for in-person interview.
Southwest was professional and selected great candidates from all over the USA. Not all will be hired, but are encouraged to apply again.

The interview process went relatively quick for me! Everyone was so nice and welcoming at the F2F! Be yourself, be confident in your answers/experience & smile! Remember safety is the most important part of the flight attendant job!
