I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Portland, OR) in Nov 2015
Interview
Long drawn out process, management wasn't professional. If you work at the PDX station you will be let go for no reasons. They say they don't expect more of you than the other employees but they do and they will fire you for this reason if you do not do more than the other employees while you are on probation. Pay is good and good benefits if they don't get rid of you before you are able to use them.
