Felt like I was being judged from the moment I walked in. Interviewed by 2 female ramp agents who were trying to discourage me from working there. Talked down on my work experience. Told me that she didn't think I was cut out dmfir the job. Didn't tell me one good thing about the position or the job in general, all negatives.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy
Southwest conducts an information session to discuss the position in detail before being invited to a one-on-one interview. The expectations of the position were laid out in a clear manner.

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
